Our factory is mainly engaged in major repair of the whole machine and single components of coal cutters that manufactured by Shanghai Chuangli Mining Equipment Co., Ltd., Jixi Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanxi TZ Coal Mine Whole-set Equipment Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.

1.  All products are provided with a factory acceptance report, and the acceptance work shall be conducted by the customer and the maintenance unit jointly.

2. Strictly follow the relevant standards to overhaul the quality assurance system to ensure the normal service life after maintenance. If there are any quality problems, the responsibility shall be borne by the maintenance unit.

3. The quality guarantee period is 12 months after delivery for use. In case of any quality problem within the warranty period, the maintenance unit shall be responsible for handling or providing technical support.

4. If customer sends related personnel to participate in the whole quality maintenance process during the period, the maintenance unit shall make efforts to coordinate with work of the maintenance personnel of the customer.

1. The elevation shall not exceed 2,500m;

2. The ambient temperature shall be -10℃ to +40℃ (14℉ to 104℉);

3. The relative humidity of the ambient shall not be larger than 95% (+25℃/77℉);

4. The allowable fluctuation scope of electricity grid voltage shall be 1140±15%;

5. In the mine of which the methane, coal dust, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide ,etc. in the ambient air do not exceed the safety content specified in the Safety Rules for Coal Mine;

6. In the gas or steam environment without damage to insulation;

7. Place without dripping.
