KYN28-12 AC Metal-clad Withdrawable Switchgear
KYN28-12 AC Metal-clad Withdrawable Switchgear is used for the indoor complete power distribution device with AC frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 3.6~12kV and rated current of 630~4000A. It is used for the power plants, transformer substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute the electrical energy. It controls the circuit, protects and detects function, and can also be used to control the place with frequent operation.

The switchgear is designed according to the standard of metal-clad metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906, and consists of the cabinet and mid-set withdrawable part (handcart). The switchgear is separated into the circuit breaker chamber, main bus chamber, cable chamber and relay instrument chamber. All metal structures are reliably grounded, various compartments of the main circuit system have the independent pressure release channel, and 10x60 mm2 grounding bus can be arranged in the cable chamber.
II.Main Characteristics:
The aluminum-coated steel plate or the galvanized plate is adopted for the cabinet, which is processed with the numerical control machine tools. The multiple folding process is adopted, and it is assembled through bolted connection. Electrostatic spraying is adopted for the cabinet door, the surface has a higher impact resistance and corrosion resistance as well as a very high mechanical strength, which effectively guarantees accurate and artistic outline:
(1) Simple and effective 'five prevention' locking, preventing misoperation;
(2) It can be equipped with ZN63A (VS1), VD4, ZN21, 3AH, VB2 and VEP vacuum circuit breakers, VC7 vacuum contactor, load switch, isolating switch, etc;
(3) It can be equipped with the voltage transformer handcart, measuring handcart, isolating handcart, landing handcart for station transformer,etc, and the handcarts of the same purpose are of interchangeability;
(4) The cabinet can be installed against the wall, and maintenance in front of the cabinet can be conducted, so as to reduce the floor area;
(5) The circuit breaker chamber and the cable chamber can be installed with the heater respectively, so as to prevent condensation and corrosion;
(6) The space of the cable chamber is sufficient, and multiple cables can be connected.
