1. Brief Introduction

KYN61-40.5 Metal-clad Withdrawable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is used in 40.5kV three-phase AC 50Hz power system. It is used to receive and distribute electrical energy as the power distribution room of the power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises, which has the control, protection, monitoring and other functions. It can be widely used for the general power systems, and can also be used for places with frequent operation. The operating environment conditions in accordance with the normal operating environment conditions specified in GB3906.

The main features are as follows: the novel fully-insulated vacuum circuit breaker is equipped in the cabinet, and the assembly structure is adopted for the cabinet, which improves the product appearance and quality and mating precision of the handcart and cabinet. It is very easy to push in and pull out the handcart. It guarantees exchange, producing and assembly can be rapidly organized. It can achieve operation with door closed. Various normal operations can be conducted when the circuit breaker room door is closed, including circuit breaker opening and closing, circuit breaker handcart pushed to the working position and pulled out to the test / isolated position and opening and closing of the grounding switch.

2. Standards       

The product conforms to: GB3906-2006 AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear for Rated Voltages of 3~35kV, GB/T11022-2011 Common Specifications for High-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards, and IEC60298:1990 AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear for Rated Voltages from 1 kV to 52 kV.

The utilization rate of the floor area required is easy for forming batch production.

It can realize close door operation.
