2 Input and Output Ports 

2.1 Input Port

1) 4-way analog quantity: (4 to 20) mA.

2) 40-way passive switching signal: when disconnected, the leakage resistance between two output ends shall not be less than 100kΩ. When closed, and the input current is 2mA, the output terminal voltage shall not be higher than 0.5V.

2.2 Output Port:

1) 16-way relay output, contact capacity: 250V/5A.AC.

2) 16-way active switch signal: high level 18V, low level 0V.

3 Function:

According to the field service conditions, control state of the output port by setting the input port state.

4 Display:

LCD, realizing various function setting and status indication.

5 Intrinsically Safe Power Output Parameters (see Table 1): 

The Control Box mainly consists of the main explosion-proof chamber, human-machine operation LCD touch screen, incoming and outgoing wiring chamber and intrinsically safe chamber. The upper part includes the main chamber and wiring chamber, and the lower part is the intrinsically safe chamber. The main explosion-proof chamber adopts a bolt fastening structure, so as to facilitate equipment installation, adjustment and maintenance. The PLC module is installed at the front of the master control explosion-proof box, and the power module box at the lower. The operation button and extra-large LCD touch screen are installed at the front door panel, and the operation interface is simple and friendly. The voice module, horn and wiring terminal are installed in the intrinsically safe chamber.
