1) Low No-load Losses

1. Uses high-quality silicon steel sheet.

2. Wound iron core fully utilizes orientation of the silicon steel sheet. The magnetic property is restored through annealing process, reducing its no-load losses by 20% to 35%.

2) Low Noise

The noise is from the iron core, and is transferred to the surrounding through the housing.

Measures for noise reduction:

1. Reduce the noise source, and adopt the seamless wound iron core, compact structure, small magnetostriction and low noise.

2. The connection joints are added with silicon sheet, which cuts off the noise spreading approach.

5) Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection

1) Adopt a Nomex paper-wrapped line with insulation grade C that is imported from American DuPont Company. It uses air insulation and cooling. It has no pollution on the environment, and the product has long service life; the product can be decomposed for recovery after the service life ends;

2) The high-quality 30Q130 cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet and oxygen-free copper conductor are adopted, so that the actual total loss is lower than that of the other similar products.It saves the energy, and lowers noise.
