1. Three-guarantee shall be implemented for the ventilator within a year (since the delivery day). Within the three-guarantee period, the user shall correctly use the ventilator according to requirements in the instructions. In case of any failure, it will be repaired for free. Long-term warranty shall be provided after three-guarantee period.

2. The after-sales service response time shall be within 48 hours after the telephone is received.
