Explosion-proof mobile substation for mining

The explosion-proof mobile substation for mining is the mobile complete device consists of the dry transformer and high-voltage load switch or high-voltage vacuum switch, cable connector and low-voltage feeder switch or low-voltage protection box and other parts. It is applicable for the place with west environment under the coal mine, including gas and coal dust, and with explosion hazard, and provides power supply for the comprehensive mechanical coal mining equipment or hand-held electric drill, lighting and other device.

1. Low no-load loss

1) The high-quality silicon steel sheet is adopted.

2) The transformer with wound core fully utilizes orientation of the silicon steel sheet. The magnetic property is recovered through annealing process, so that the no-load loss is reduced by 20%~-35%.

2. Low noise

1) The noise is from the iron core, and is transferred to the surrounding through the shell.

2) Measures for noise reduction: 1.reduce the noise source. The wound core adopts the seamless wound iron core, compact structure, small magnetostriction and low noise.

2.The connecting position is added with silica gel plate, which cuts off the noise spreading approach.

4. The mobile substation has explosion-proof and damp-proof performance.

5. The mobile substation has perfect overload, short circuit and leakage protection. There is electrical interlock or mechanical interlock device between the high- and low-voltage switches and the high-voltage switch and the circuit breaker of the upper stage.

6. Energy conservation and environmental protection

1) Nomex paper-wrapped line with insulation grade C imported from American DuPont Company is adopted, air insulation and cooling. It has no pollution on the environment, and the product has long service life; the product can be decomposed for recovery after the service life is ended;

2) The high-quality 30Q130 cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet and oxygen-free copper conductor are adopted, so that the actual total loss is lower than that of the foreign similar products, which saves the energy, and lowers noise.
